01 General Terms & Conditions

Jita Aisi is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the Jita Aisi website and mobile app.

These terms are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any conflict, the English version shall prevail. However, the Bengali translation is kept up to date for the convenience of users in Bangladesh.

02 Account Registration

To open an account on Jita Aisi, accurate and complete information must be provided. Registering with false information may result in account closure at any time and forfeiture of any balance.

Each individual may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will be treated as bonus fraud.

• You must provide your correct name, mobile number, and date of birth at the time of registration.
• A copy of your National ID or passport may be requested for account verification.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password confidential.
• Accounts cannot be shared with or transferred to another person.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, report it to Jita Aisi support immediately.

03 Deposit & Withdraw

Deposits and withdrawals on Jita Aisi are available via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Maximum limits depend on the user's account level and verification status.

• Deposits are generally instant — funds are credited to your account within minutes.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals cannot be made to a third party's mobile banking number — only to your own registered number.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Transactions may be suspended pending verification if money laundering is suspected.

04 Bonuses & Promotions

Jita Aisi regularly offers various bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which are detailed on the offers page. Accepting a bonus is considered agreement to those terms.

• The welcome bonus is available to newly registered members only.
• Bonus funds generally require 20–30x wagering to be completed before withdrawal.
• There is a set time limit to complete wagering requirements — any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Multiple members of the same household may not claim the same bonus.
• Accounts may be suspended if bonus abuse is detected.
• Weekly cashback is automatically credited to your wallet every Monday.

05 Betting Rules

Sports Betting and casino games on Jita Aisi each have their own rules. Please read the rules for each game or event carefully before placing a bet.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is voided due to a technical error during live betting, the stake will be refunded.
• If a sports event is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, the stake will be refunded.
• If one event in an accumulator bet is cancelled, that leg is removed and the remaining selections stay active.
• Jita Aisi reserves the right to void any bet where an incorrect price has been displayed in the system.

For casino games, the RTP (Return to Player) for each game is available on the game page. Jita Aisi ensures that all games use certified random number generators (RNG).

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Jita Aisi platform. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of your balance:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using another person's account or payment method.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using bots, scripts, or automation software.
• Engaging in fraudulent activity against other users.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Assisting anyone under 18 in opening an account.

07 Account Closure & Suspension

Jita Aisi may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If the identity verification process has not been completed.
• Extended inactivity (over 12 months) — prior notice will be given in such cases.
• At the user's own request.

08 Responsible Gaming

10 Dispute Resolution

• Providing relevant evidence and detailed information helps speed up the investigation.
• If an issue cannot be resolved through support, you have the option to escalate it to the licensing authority for settlement.

11 Changes & Amendments

Jita Aisi may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• Users will be notified of major changes via email or in-app notification.
• The updated terms take effect from the date the changes are made.
• You have the right to close your account if you do not agree to the updated terms.
